What temperatures can a reefer hold?

Frozen at −10 °F to 0 °F, chilled at 33–39 °F for produce, meat and dairy, and protect-from-freeze / controlled ambient at 55–70 °F for beverages, chocolate and many pharmaceuticals. The set point and the allowed deviation go on the rate confirmation and the BOL.

Do you provide a temperature log?

Yes — reefer units record the temperature throughout the trip; the download comes with the proof of delivery on request, which is what FSMA and pharma documentation ask for.

Can I ship a few pallets refrigerated, or only full loads?

Both. Chilled and frozen LTL runs on refrigerated carriers' networks with fixed departure days; full reefer loads (up to 26 pallets in a 53-foot trailer) move as booked, with continuous or cycle-sentry cooling as the product requires.

Is the product pre-cooled by the truck?

No — the unit maintains temperature, it does not bring a warm load down. Product must be pre-cooled to shipping temperature and loaded so air can circulate around the pallets.

Do you handle FSMA sanitary transportation requirements?

Yes — trailer pre-cool and cleanliness are confirmed at pickup, the set point is on the BOL and the temperature record is available for your records.
