- Monday–Friday, 7 am – 6 pm MT; dispatch reachable outside hours for loads in transit
- Every load moves with an FMCSA-authorized motor carrier. Before dispatch we check the carrier's USDOT / MC status and its certificate of insurance (cargo and auto liability), and we can send you the certificate with the rate confirmation.
- Our own FMCSA broker authority is in process. The MC number will be published on this page the day it is granted.
- A quote within 2 business hours (Mon–Fri, 7 am – 6 pm MT) for standard LTL and truckload; oversize and hazmat may take longer for the route or regime check.
- You get a written rate confirmation before pickup, the carrier's name and truck details at dispatch, and a signed bill of lading / proof of delivery at the end — nothing verbal.
